EVENT DETAILS

Please note: This is not an open workshop and pertains only to conference delegates.
Logistical Reminders
- Email Annual Church Report, Income Report and Proposals to usga@tjc.org before September 21, 2015.
- Register delegates to the 40th NCC here before October 14, 2015.
According to the resolutions reached at the 23rd NCC (proposals O-4 and O-7 of 23rd NCC), NCC delegates from each church must be at least 25 years old. The numbers of delegates from each church were also revised to the following format:
-
House of Prayer – 1 delegate
-
Churches with registered membership of less than 100 – 1 delegate
-
Churches with registered membership 100 to 199 – 2 delegates
-
Churches with registered membership 200 or more – 3 delegates
Since many major decisions related to the direction and implementation details of TJC Ministry will be discussed and decided at the NCC, the USGA strongly recommends that all elected delegates be the chairperson and/or Religious Affairs officers of the church council who are filled with the Holy Spirit and actively participate in the holy work at local church or on national level. Please:
(1) provide avenue to solicit NCC proposals from the congregation,
(2) review, discuss and screen proposals and nominations of delegates at the Church Council meeting, (3) present recommendations of the Church Council to the general congregational meeting for final decisions.
Based on your inputs, the USGA staff will draft many documents including the 40th NCC proposals and 2016 Sacred Work Schedule of the True Jesus Church in the United States for USGA Council’s consideration. The USGA Council will review and discuss these at its October 3, 2015 meeting.
Once the 40th NCC meeting package is compiled, it will be emailed/sent to each local church and its delegates. Please kindly review all the 40th NCC proposals with your delegates before they depart for the NCC.
In order to increase the number of saved souls day by day and strengthen our members’ faith, we need to make more effort in evangelism and pastoral work by setting up achievable, clear goals and comprehensive work plans. To assist local churches in developing their work plans and achieving the goals above, the USGA five departments have come up with A List of Suggested Actions for Effective Program Implementation to request your cooperation and assistance. We would like to ask all the churches to work together towards these goals in an effort to spread the gospel to the end of the earth so as to glorify the Lord’s Name.
Your cooperation in this important holy work is most appreciated. Please call Deacon Nai-Hsin Chen at (714) 493-1466 if you have any questions on the requests.
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you always!
