EVENT DETAILS
|
Dates & Venue:
- Fellowship: June 1-5, Irvine Church, California, USA
- Southern California Visitation & Tour: June 5-7
- Northern California Visitation & Tour: June 8-11 (returning to SoCal on June 12)
- Participants are to fly into LAX or SNA (US participants) by noon on June 1 and to depart from SFO after June 11 or from LAX or SNA after June 12.
Theme: “100 Years — A Heritage of Spirituality & Grace”
Eligibility: True Jesus Church youths aged 18-40
Allocated Registrants:
- 50 US youths
- 70 international youths
Registration Period:
- October 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017
- On first-come, first-served basis
Fees:
- Participants are responsible for their own flight expenses and the related expenses of the trip. May the resident churches of the participants kindly subsidize the expenses for their participants as necessary.
- Registration Fees:
Fellowship: no cost
Southern California Visitation & Tour: US$200
Southern California & Northern California Visitation & Tour: US$500
- The registration fee covers lodging, transportation, food, tours, t-shirt and other materials. It should be submitted to the respective GA, CB, or IA-directed church of the participant at the time of registration, and it shall be handled by the participant lead of each of the GA, CB, or IA-directed church to USGA. This fee is non-refundable.
- The fee does not cover all of the event costs. Please prepare additional money if you would like to make a freewill offering.
Logistical Reminders:
- When booking your flights, please arrive at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or John Wayne Airport (SNA) (US participants) by 12 pm on June 1. Departure flights may be from either San Francisco International Airport (SFO) after June 11 or from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or John Wayne Airport (SNA) (US participants) after June 12.
- International participants must also submit the paper registration form (attached) through their local GA. Online registration alone is not sufficient for international (non-US) participants to become registered for this event.
