Theme: Submitting to the Truth
Attendees for this convocation must be 18 years old and above, corresponding to Senior Class in most churches. Working youths are also welcome to attend but need to register and follow the same rules and regulations as the other attendees. Lodging will be offered at church.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, all attendees must adhere to the following:
- Provide a negative COVID-19 test on registration day. Please bring 2 rapid test kits.
- Minimize unnecessary high-risk exposure leading up to the event (3-5 days beforehand). Registrants who are considered as close contact to any positive cases or who have developed COVID-like symptoms should contact the event coordinators before attending the event.
- Participants are encouraged to wear masks indoors to the extent feasible/possible during the event.
If you are flying, John Wayne Orange County Santa Ana Airport (SNA) is the preferred airport. If you are unable to make it into John Wayne Airport, you may also use the Long Beach Airport (LGB), or if absolutely necessary, Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), California. Please try to fly as a group with your local church members. This will greatly help the local church members coordinate airport pick-ups and drop-offs. Please do not book flights that arrive after 9pm.
Late registrants will require approval by the counseling coordinator.
"Part-time" and "audit" students must first submit a written reason why they can't join full time. Registration acceptance will be at the discretion of the counseling team.
