Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ:
Hallelujah! Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!
It is my pleasure to announce that the 2023 Canadian National Adult Theological Seminar (CNATS) will be held in Toronto Church from October 1 to 8. Please mark this date on your calendar and make efforts to join this meaningful seminar. The details are as follows:
October 1 (Sunday): Registration at 6:30 p.m.; Opening Ceremony at 7:30 p.m.
October 8 (Sunday): Concluding at 2:00 p.m.
Location: Toronto Church (69 Sunrise Avenue, North York, ON)
Theme: There Is Salvation in No One Else (Acts 4:12)
The online registration will begin on June 15 and end on August 31. Attendees are encouraged to reserve their flights soon to take advantage of the lower prices. When attendees register, please have arrival information on hand to assist the local church for pick-up/drop-off arrangement.
CNATS accepts only registrants who plan to attend for at least three days. Full-time participation is recommended.
Non-local attendees are encouraged to avoid flights that have an arrival time past 9:00 p.m. and arrange their flights/transportation in groups for the convenience of pick-up/drop-off. In addition, Toronto Church can provide accommodation to out-of-town attendees starting Sunday, October 1, and ending Tuesday, October 10. To prevent the hassle of quarantining, we also encourage non-local attendees to conduct COVID tests two days before and on the day of the flight. We encourage non-local attendees to wear masks on flights. Toronto Church has allocated 30 spots for lodging, which will be prioritized for out-of-town participants.
Please complete all assigned Bible readings related to the lecture topics prior to the seminar. We will be studying the Book of Acts and Genesis.
All instructors, please submit lecture materials to Bro. Barry Chiang by August 20 for compilation.
Any questions regarding CNATS registration can be directed to the seminar coordinator, Bro. Barry Chiang at barry.chiang@tjc.ca
Please remember the CNATS in your daily prayers. Thank you for your cooperation and may God bless you abundantly!
