Please note: This is not an open workshop and pertains only to conference delegates and observers.
Logistical Reminders
- The 49th
National Church Conference will be held in-person from Saturday, November 2nd, 7:00 a.m. HST to Sunday, November 3rd, 5:30 p.m. HST at Honolulu Church.
- All delegates are to register for the 49th NCC at events.tjc.org before September 30, 2024. When you register at events.tjc.org, please update your portfolio to make sure your contact information is correct first.
- Please email annual church reports, income reports, and proposals to usga@tjc.org before September 24, 2024.
- Once the 49th NCC meeting package is compiled, it will be emailed to each local church and its
delegates. All church councils please kindly review all the proposals with your delegates before they attend the NCC.
- Honolulu Church, the host of the event, will arrange the transportation for all participants after receiving their itineraries. They will inform us of the details in October. When booking your flight, please fly into and out of Honolulu Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL). If you plan to arrange your own lodging and/or airport transportation, please let Bro. Paul Chen (paul.chen@tjc.org) know or indicate so in your registration. If any members are willing to arrange their own arrival transportation, that will also be immensely helpful to the local church.
- Please remember this event in your daily prayers so that all the decisions reached will be in accordance with God’s will.
