General Reminders: 

• Opening Ceremony will begin on Thursday, June 5th, at 7 pm PT.

COVID-19 Precautions

• For sanitary purposes, all participants must bring their own personal toiletry such as toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, etc.  Phoenix Church will provide shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers for shared use.
• If a participant has respiratory symptoms prior to the event that are consistent with COVID-19, the participant should refrain from participating in the event.
• If a participant is diagnosed with COVID-19 during the event, the participant cannot continue to lodge onsite. The participant must return home or enter self-isolation at a local hotel room at the participant’s own expense.

Transportation:

• Participants may arrive a day earlier and stay a day longer after the event. Please note that participants are responsible for their own meals on non-event dates.
• PHX(Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport) is the designated airport for arrival and departure. Participants should make every effort to arrange their itinerary accordingly. Transit to/from another airport besides PHX to TJC Phoenix will need to be personally arranged. 
• For those who are from abroad, please contact the coordinator prior to booking flights so that Phoenix Church can best assist in arranging your own transportation from the airport. 
• Please sign up and request for transportation from Phoenix Church (only for flights to PHX). The deadline for transportation signups will be one week prior to the event.
