Attendees: Open to rising 5th graders (in the 2025-2026 school year) to adults. Participants must attend full-time.
Location: Irvine Church
Date and Time: Sunday, 6/29 at 12 PM PDT - Friday, 7/4 at 9 PM PDT
Check-in: Sunday, 6/29 at 12 PM (lunch provided for attendees)
Opening Ceremony: Sunday, 6/29 at 1:20 PM
We will conclude with a Music Worship Night on Friday, July 4 at 7:20 PM. Please note that only baptized church members may present in this worship service.

Registration opens on March 23rd at 12 noon PDT and closes on May 7th, or until registration is full. 

1. Fill out the registration form here at https://events.tjc.org. Once registration is full, all new registrants will be placed on a wait-list. Wait-listed registrants will be admitted if we have any cancellations. 
2. After this registration form is accepted, each applicant must complete the required lodging and transportation forms located here by May 7
3. Once all the appropriate forms and materials are received, we will send the participant an acceptance email. 

• Participants may arrive up to 1 day before the event start date (Sat, Jun 28) and stay up to 1 day after the event end date (Sat, Jul 5).
• SNA (Orange County/John Wayne Airport) will be the main designated airport. Irvine Church will provide transportation to and from SNA within one day of the event’s start and end dates. For attendees flying in from Hawaii ONLY, LGB (Long Beach Airport) is also an option.
• Please avoid arriving/departing during Sabbath (Fri. & Sat.) service times.
• The church will not organize meals or transportation for leisure activities outside the official event dates.

• Creative Instruments (Recommended for E2 and above): Participants will make instruments, learn how to sing praise songs, and play creative instruments to spread the word of God through praise.
• Praise Team (Recommended for J1 and above): Participants will learn and sing several praise songs to proclaim the word of God. The Praise Team will teach and engage the congregation in praise on Music Worship Night.
  • Requirements:
    • Can sight-read music
    • Registrant must submit a recording of singing in his/her voice part for hymn 109 - Where He Leads Me. Sisters are encouraged to record both soprano and alto; brothers are encouraged to record both tenor and bass; however, only 1 part is required.
• Instrumental Chamber: Participants will work together in chamber groups to learn pieces and use their instruments to praise the Lord. Note: Depending on need, participants in this elective may also play with a choir.
  •  Requirements:
    • Registrant must submit a recording of playing a 2-octave scale in any key and melody of hymn 18 - When we all get to heaven in any key appropriate to his/her instrument.

• Bible Songs: Participants will sing memory verse and Bible songs to share the word of God and to help others store the word of God in their hearts.
