General Reminders:

• The Opening Ceremony will begin at 8 pm (PT) on Sunday, July 20th, 2025.
• All PMVP classes will be held in English only. Interpretation into other languages will not be provided.
  

We will be studying the basic doctrines and the topic of evangelism.

• For sanitary purposes, each participant must bring their own personal toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, etc.). Irvine church will provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers for shared use.

• Registrants experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 prior to the event should refrain from participating in the event.

Transportation and Lodging:

• According to Irvine church policy, participants may stay at church for up to 3 days before and after the NYTS.
• The earliest arrival date will be July 17^th, 2025 and the latest departure date will be August 6^th, 2025. 

• SNA will be the main airport designated for arrival and departure for domestic participants.
• LGB will be the designated airport for arrival and departure for participants from Hawaii.
• ONT will be the designated airport for arrival and departure for international participants.
• If you choose to fly into LAX, please make arrangements of your own to find transportation to Irvine Church.

• Please avoid arriving/departing during Sabbath (Fri. & Sat.) service times.

• The church will not organize meals or transportation for leisure activities outside of the official event dates.
