General Reminders: 

• NYTS registration will close on June 1^st, 2025 at 11:59 pm (PT) or when maximum capacity (122 participants) is reached, whichever comes first. We will not accept registrants once the maximum capacity has been reached.
• The Opening Ceremony will begin at 8 pm (PT) on Sunday, July 20th, 2025.
• All NYTS classes will be held in English only. Interpretation into other languages will not be provided.

We will be studying the books of Genesis, Hebrews, and the virtue of Jesus Christ, the Gospel of John, the Book of Proverbs, View TJC 100 Years from the book of Acts, and the doctrine of One True God. 

• For sanitary purposes, each participant must bring their own personal toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, etc.). Irvine church will provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers for shared use.

• Registrants experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 prior to the event should refrain from participating in the NYTS.

Transportation and Lodging:

• According to Irvine church policy, participants may stay at church for up to 3 days before and after the NYTS. The earliest arrival date will be July 17^th, 2025 and the latest departure date will be August 6^th, 2025. 
• SNA will be the main airport designated for arrival and departure for domestic participants.
• LGB will be the designated airport for arrival and departure for participants from Hawaii
• ONT will be the designated airport for arrival and departure for international participants.
• If you choose to fly into LAX, please make arrangements of your own to find transportation to Irvine Church.
  

• Please avoid arriving/departing during Sabbath (Fri. & Sat.) service times.

• The church will not organize meals or transportation for leisure activities outside of the official event dates.

• Prospective international participants from countries apart from the U.S. or Canada must obtain approval from their local church council and GA by using this form. International GAs will be requested to contact the USGA and applicants must receive approval before registration online.

• International participants returning for their 2^nd, 3^rd, or 4^th year at the NYTS should email the NYTS coordinators to ascertain if they are required to complete the form.
