2025 West Region College Youth Spiritual Convocation

December 20, 2025: Registration (5:00 p.m.),
  Dinner (5:30 p.m.),
  Opening Ceremony & Orientation (7:00-8:30 p.m.)

December 26, 2025: CYSC concludes by 3:00 p.m.

Location: Cerritos, California

Theme: Exalting Salvation

Attendees for this convocation must be 18 years old or above, corresponding to Senior Class in most churches. Working youths who graduated within the past 2 years are also welcome to attend but need to register and follow the same rules and regulations as the other attendees. Lodging will be offered at church. 

Online registration is open at http://events.tjc.org starting October 13th until November 17th.
Due to space limitations, we are not able to take more than the maximum attendees. An attendee in the wait-list will be considered only when a registered attendee has canceled a registration. If you no longer plan to attend the event, please cancel your registration as soon as possible.

Due to potential sickness and COVID concerns:

1. Participants are strongly recommended to get the flu shot.
2. Participants must provide proof of a negative COVID test on registration day. Please bring 2 rapid test kits.
3. Minimize unnecessary exposure leading up to the event (3-5 days beforehand). Registrants who are considered as close contact to any positive cases or who have developed COVID-like symptoms should contact the event coordinators before attending the event.
4. Participants are encouraged to wear masks indoors to the extent feasible/possible during the event.

If you are flying, Long Beach Airport (LGB) is the preferred airport. If you are unable to make it into Long Beach Airport, you may also use the Orange County (SNA). Please try to fly as a group with your local church members. This will greatly help the local church members coordinate airport pick-ups and drop-offs. Please do not book flights that arrive after 9pm. We recommend students to arrive on Friday evening or Saturday morning. Opening ceremonies attendance is mandatory.
