Rules and Regulations
- CYSC is geared towards college and graduate students. Working youth are also welcome to attend, but must follow the same rules and regulations as the other attendees.
- As CYSC will be held in-person, full vaccination will be required. Please bring the original copy of your vaccination card with you to the seminar.
- Masks will be required throughout the seminar.
- If you are flying in, please arrive and depart from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL).
- If you require lodging, meals, or transportation outside of January 1-7, please contact the coordinators as soon as possible.
- Full time attendance is encouraged.
- If an in-person seminar is not feasible due to COVID-19, the seminar will be held through Zoom. Registered participants will be notified as soon as possible if any changes arise.
