Theme: Exalting Salvation
Venue: Garden Grove
Due to the limited resources and traffic conditions during the holiday season, Garden Grove church would like all participants to fly into John Wayne Airport (SNA) instead of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Also, if possible, please try to fly in groups so the local church can arrange less trips to the airport.
Logistical Reminders:
- Attendees for this convocation must be 18 years old and above, corresponding to Senior Class in most churches. Recently graduates are also welcome to attend.
- All participants are expected to attend opening ceremonies on 12/25 at 7pm
- Full time attendance is required
- Late registrants will require approval by the counseling coordinator
- "Part-time" and "audit" students must first submit a written reason why they can't join full time. Registration acceptance will be at the discretion of the counseling team.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, all attendees must adhere to the following:
- Provide proof of full vaccination prior to 12/10/2021
- Provide a negative COVID-19 test within 72hrs of the seminar start
- Masking will be required especially indoor, throughout the seminar
