• Opening Ceremony will begin on Thursday, June 8th, at 7 pm PT.

• For sanitary purposes, all participants must bring their own personal toiletry such as toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, etc.  Irvine Church will provide shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers for shared use.
• Per CDC recommended guidelines, all participants are strongly recommended to be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine and booster.
• Quality face masks are strongly recommended in all indoor settings. Masking guidelines/recommendations may be modified in accordance with ongoing evaluation of case rate and transmission risk around the time of the event.
• If a participant has respiratory symptoms prior to the event that are consistent with COVID-19, the participant should refrain from participating in the event.
• If a participant is diagnosed with COVID-19 during the event, the participant cannot continue to lodge onsite. The participant must return home or enter self-isolation at a local hotel room at the participant’s own expense.

• Participants may arrive a day earlier and stay a day longer after the event. Please note that participants are responsible for their own meals on non-event dates.
• SNA (John Wayne Airport) is the designated airport for arrival and departure. Participants should make every effort to arrange their itinerary accordingly. Transit to/from another airport besides SNA to TJC Irvine will need to be personally arranged. 
• For those who are from abroad, please contact the coordinator prior to booking flights so that Irvine Church can best assist in arranging your own transportation from the airport. 
• Please sign up and request for transportation from Irvine Church (only for flights to SNA). The deadline for transportation signups will be one week prior to the event.
