General Reminders: 

• NYTS registration will close on June 30, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (PT) or when participants reach the maximum capacity (45 participants), whichever comes first. 
• Opening Ceremony will begin on July 23rd at 8 p.m. PST.
• All classes will be given in English.
• NYTS classes are in English only. Other language interpretation will not be provided.
• If you are a 4th-year student, please prepare a 20-minute sermon outline and email it to Pastor Enoch Hou (houtsengmf@gmail.com) by July 8 for review. If you attended NYTS before 2013, you can graduate in your 3rd year.

• If you are not sure what year you are, please email NYTS admin! Full-time attendance means having missed less than 24 hours of NYTS AND having completed 60% of the homework. 
• Registration will be capped at 45.

This NYTS we will be studying Ecclesiastes, 1 Corinthians, Jeremiah, Hosea, Leviticus, the miracles of Jesus, and the Doctrines of Baptism & Footwashing. Please prepare yourself by reading the listed books.

COVID-19 Precautions

• For sanitary purposes, all participants must bring their own personal toiletry such as toothpaste, toothbrush, floss… etc.  Ontario Church will provide shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and air dryer for shared use.
• Per CDC recommended guidelines, all participants are strongly recommended to be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine and booster.
• Quality face masks are strongly recommended in all indoor settings. Masking guidelines/recommendations may be modified in accordance with ongoing evaluation of case rate and transmission risk around the time of the event.
• If a participant has respiratory symptoms prior to the event that is consistent with COVID-19, the participant should refrain from participating in the event.
• If a participant is diagnosed with COVID-19 during the event, the participant cannot continue to lodge onsite. The participant must return home or enter self-isolation at a local hotel room at the participant’s own expense.

Transportation:

• Participants may arrive earliest by July 20 and stay latest until August 8 after the event. Please note that participants should assume they are responsible for their own meals on non-event dates.
• ONT (Ontario International Airport) is the designated airport for arrival and departure. Participants should make every effort to arrange their itinerary accordingly. Please travel together with members in your local church to help make transportation arrangements easier.
• If you must fly to other airports, please do your best to fly in groups in order to make travel arrangements together.
• For those who are attending NYTS from abroad, please contact the NYTS coordinators prior to booking flights so that Ontario Church can best assist in arranging your own transportation from the airport.
