**FIRST TIME PMVP STUDENTS**
You will need to first complete the following application here and seek your local church's nomination prior to registering. Once completed, please have your church council email the form to the USGA and copy nytsadmin@tjc.org. We will contact you when your form is approved so that you may register.

General Reminders:
- PMVP registration will close on June 30, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (PST) or when participants reach the maximum capacity (15 participants), whichever comes first.

Participants ages 18+ are encouraged to attend this seminar.

Full-time participation is highly recommended.

You must have graduated from NYTS (or an equal theological seminar in another country) to attend PMVP.

Please apply to PMVP first before registering if this is your first time attending.

If you have attended PMVP previously, feel free to register directly (no need to apply again).

Please read our Rules and Regulations prior to registering.
This PMVP we will be studying the Book of Isaiah, the Book of Deuteronomy, and the Doctrines of Holy Bible, Salvation, Second Coming of Jesus, and Sabbath. Please prepare yourself by reading the listed books and doctrinal resources. All participants should prepare two prayer encouragements.
All PMVP participants are required to complete 2 weeks of internship in order to graduate from PMVP.
COVID-19 Precautions:
- For sanitary purposes, all participants must bring their own personal toiletry such as toothpaste, toothbrush, floss… etc. Baldwin Park Church will provide shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and air dryer for shared use.
- Per CDC recommended guidelines, all participants are strongly recommended to be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine and booster.
- Quality face masks are strongly recommended in all indoor settings. Masking guidelines/recommendations may be modified in accordance with ongoing evaluation of case rate and transmission risk around the time of the event.
- If a participant has respiratory symptoms prior to the event that is consistent with COVID-19, the participant should refrain from participating in the event.
- If a participant is diagnosed with COVID-19 during the event, the participant cannot continue to lodge onsite. The participant must return home or enter self-isolation at a local hotel room at the participant’s own expense.
Transportation:
- Participants may arrive earliest 2 days before and stay 2 days after the event. Please note that participants should assume they are responsible for their own meals on non-event dates.
- ONT (Ontario International Airport) is the designated airport for arrival and departure. Participants should make every effort to arrange their itinerary accordingly. Please travel together with members in your local church to help make transportation arrangements easier.
- If you must fly to LAX, the local church will only arrange for transportation to church if you take the bus from airport to union station. Otherwise, please make your own arrangements
- If you must fly to other airports, please do your best to fly in groups in order to make travel arrangements together.
- For those who are attending PMVP from abroad, please contact the PMVP coordinators prior to booking flights so that Baldwin Park Church can best assist in arranging your own transportation from the airport.
